I met my husband on a brief and supposedly ‘chance encounter’. This seeming accident shifted the entire course of my life, and we married in 1983. Our mutual love and life partnership has been the greatest gift I have ever received.

What I appreciate the most about marriage is that it can bring out the very best in each of us: love, idealism, kindness, empathy and the commitment to honour our word.

Throughout my life I have worked as a social worker - offering individual, marital and family counselling.

I am a licensed Marriage Officiant with the B.C. Government, and I enjoy working with couples to create a ceremony that is fun, meaningful, and uniquely special.

My 'work' as a Wedding Officiant is joyful, and what I like best about it is the inevitable affection I feel for each couple I 'marry'.
